SURVEY
A survey was conducted in order to gather information pertaining to peoples' experiences with music festivals, buying tickets, their priorities at a festival, etc. The results of this survey are shown as an infographic.

POST IT JOURNEY MAP
This exercise consisted of a group of individuals who connected their goals, actions, thoughts, and ideas to various steps in attending a music festival. Their answers allowed me to see and feel from different perspectives at each point in the process of attending a festival.  

PERSONAS
Two differing personas were created to get into the headspace of individuals who might benefit from using the festival app. This was helpful to me since it gave me the opportunity to imagine why different individuals would be using the app and which features would be most useful to them. 

USER JOURNEY MAP
This form of mapping is used to track a user's experience while using the app. This is a great tool to see what features may be beneficial to include or modify within the app.

KEY FINDINGS
• The majority of festival goers use their phone to keep track of set times.
Festival goers often try to plan their trip in advance to ensure they have a aisuccessful and enjoyable festival experience.
• Nearly all of those surveyed would buy tickets from an app if they received  bbetter deal.
